Is Co-op getting a pay rise?
The offer that we have made, is a minimum rate of pay of £9.50 from 1st April 2022 with the minimum rate of pay rising to £9.70 from 28th August 2022. This means that over half of our colleagues will receive a 5% increase over the course of the year.

Are breaks paid at Co-op?
A career break is unpaid and can be for any length of time between three and 12 months. If you want to take a break of less than three months, talk to your manager about taking holiday or agreeing some unpaid leave. Usually, you can make a request for a career break every 12 months.
